Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all hemp-fiber tags remain securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
